TRIPLETS by Bakery Cuisine (SGH Blk 4)

Aunty didn't give my waffles asked to show receipt although never given any.. pay $2 for nothing!!! China aunty don't seem to understand me also

Conveniently located right next to taxi stand, Mr Bean and CBTL. TRIPLETS serves up yummy waffles. Not as fragrant as Prima Deli, but still good. Always have fire sale for bread during weekends after 2pm. Many varieties. Affordable bakery items for sure. Also have salad bar for the health conscious.

The Vietnam lady (skinny) built has been very rude not once but on many occasions. Personally this is not the first time I had such encounter. I have previously witnessed her rudeness towards other customers.

Extremely rude and disgusting staff from Triplets 1. Date and time: Thursday, 31 March 2022 at about 14.59 hours. 2. Location: First story food shop “Triplets”. Block 4, Level 1, Singapore General Hospital, Outram Rd. 3. I have been buying waffles from Triplets next to Starbucks. We notice that one of the counter staff is extremely rude, unfriendly, and offensive. When the customers ask her some questions and others, she shows extremely bad-mannered, impudent, and disrespectful, I have received an awful and disgusting response from her not only once, but many times. 4. When we received such ghastly and obnoxious service, she has spoiled our day and make us unhappy for the whole day, the customers do not deserve to get this sickening service and be scolded by her. 5. We are shocked and disgusted to see such tactless services in Singapore. 6. From her accent, she is from China, these types of uncivil services are widely seen in China, but not in our country. 7. Please send her to go for a customer service course and tell her his conduct are unacceptable in Singapore but acceptable to China, but do not bring this horrendous attitude to Singapore.

Have patronise the bakery shop at 11am on a sunny weekday and was caught in a dilemma to pen down a proper rating it truly deserves. Being a fan of savoury/tasty waffles, its serving will be considered one of the top notches in the current bakery market (taking price range as its consideration). The exisitng waffles smell toasty, considerably light and fluffy. There are 5 waffle-making machines which significantly minimise consumers' waiting time. It would have deserve a 5 star rating. However one of the serving staff (believe she is not local but mandarin speaking) appearing in a profoundly disturbed state of mind. For some unknown reason, she is observed to be raising her voice at some customers, impatiently. She appears rude and scolded some customers for delaying the collection, collecting the wrong orders or coming forward to enquire about orders. Unfortunately, my friend falls to b one of the "victims" but it's even more heartening to see the customers exercising great restrain or avoid any straw-man argument with the serving staff. Hopefully this unfortunate encounter is just one of the those bad day for the staff and not a pro-long affair. Hope my feedback gives some degree of value and manages everyones' expectation prior to patronising :)

Waffles are great here with just the right amount of spread to my liking. Perfectly crisp and slightly soft inside. Toasted it for a minute when I got home and had a gooey yet crispy mess on a plate. Wished they have pandan waffles though, you can already smell the plain ones half a block away, can’t imagine if they have pandan ones..

Love love love love love their salad and sandwiches! I would always eat their salad without fail whenever I am at SGH. The pricing is in fact cheap given the option to customise our own salads with a good variety of dressing. Business seems to be really brisk because some of their ingredients might run out at the end of the day towards 4pm. And there is always a queue for their waffle, buns and pastries alike! I have observed that the staff seemed to work at a very fast pace so that customers need not wait for too long to get their salad and sandwiches ordered. Highly recommended!

One lady (seems vietnamnese) was super rude. Told us to stand elsewhere when queuing, but turns out that queue wasn’t even correct and we had to requeue after waiting. Asked her for crispy waffles but she also showed me burnt waffles (see pic), that had a burnt smell, and said it’s either this or soft waffles. Got 3 other ppl’s order wrong as well, and showed no remorse. Price isn’t even cheap, with plain at $1.50 and each additional filling at $0.50 extra.
