Went for health screening at this clinic after seeing so many positive reviews and I was not disappointed. Clinic is not that big but it has all the necessary equipment. The 2 ladies at the reception were very accommodating and patient with all my questions and they also took extra care when they took my weight and blood pressure measurement. Dr. Alan Wong is one of the friendliest doctor I have ever met. He is very patient, knowledgeable and explain in great details on my health screening report. It was a great experience visiting the clinic.

Very caring and patient doctor (sorry didn’t catch his name), who’s great with kids. Excellent service level by the staff too!

Brought my old parents here to do health screening and Dr Alan Wong tried his best and patiently explained their results to them in Chinese. My parents are very happy with their results and the explanation. Waiting time is reasonable at the clinic

The worst service ever. They really don't care about queues. They really let cut the queues even didn't ask for an excuse. I waited for more than 30mins during they let 3 people cut the queues without asking me. And Doctor examines for less than 5 mins. I rather go to the clinic at Paya Lebar Square. At least they know what is the queue.

Terrible. I came in with throbbing pain on my neck area and headache. Dr. Mark Twoon literally just read me the result of my old (probably 5 months ago) xray. Not even 3 minutes inside consultation. Did not even ask what is the extent of my pain and how long have I been having it and it i took any medications. Which I just did. I took suniton to be able to get from home to clinic and then when I consultation comes seriously i don't have the words to describe. Worse part they gave me 2 medicines for pain then I advised them that I have drug allergies (indicated in my record) then they just ask doctor if its safe. Doctor says yes, but a few minutes after clinic called me asking if I have taken the medicine and I can come back and they will replace ???? Doctor then ask me to come back now asking all the questions via phone, these questions should have been asked during consultation. We all have jobs, let's do our job properly. My head ache is gone probably because of Suniton or probably because of the horrendous experience. I will file a complaint with my insurance company and ask help ... this clinic is in the list of panel clinics.

Called in advance to ask regarding taking an pre-departure ART test, the lady on the phone confirmed that I’m not allowed to bring my own ART kit, and that the cost will be subsidized. However, once I came and finished, there said there will be an astronomical $35 fee due to me not bringing my own ART kit. Clinic is clean & professional looking but the customer service can be better, as the lady on the call was basically gaslighting customers, while the lady at front desk was not helpful, nor understanding when I was asking for clarifications.

Decided in Apr to go with this clinic for HPV jabs because 1) they charge only $642 for all 3 jabs 2) among the clinics that offer cheaper rates for these jabs, they have better reviews. Better reviews back in Apr, that is. BOY, DID I MAKE THE WRONG MOVE. I’m sure the recent reviews about the lack of support from the recep are good indications of the customer service (or lack thereof) here. The doctors I’ve met so far are fine and cordial, but some of the clinic assistants really need etiquette classes. I’d arrived the counter today at 12.50pm, 20 mins past my appointment time (I had a hard time finding the carpark but I admit I have no excuses for being late) and informed one the CAs - believe her name is Lerissa - about my appointment time (I’m pretty sure I was VERY clear when I said it) and she said that she’s not sure if I could still get my jab, because the clinic closes at 1pm. I asked why the clinic didn’t have the courtesy to at least call the customer 10-15 mins after the appointment time (if there’s no show) to tell them that the clinic will not be able to proceed with the appointment if the customer isn’t here in xx minutes, AND SHE ASKED ME AGAIN, LOUDLY, FOR THE TIME OF MY APPOINTMENT. There were other customers in the clinic too, so I’m pretty sure it was a deliberate move on her end. After asking me to take a seat at the clinic coz she has to check if she can slot me in for my jab (I waited right outside the clinic because the clinic had a few other customers), she shared ZERO updates at on the status of my appointment for a good 25 minutes. I then went in to the clinic to find out about the status from another CA (I was told her name is Nicole) - WHO AGAIN, WAS RUDE. Seriously, is this the prerequisite to get a job at True Clinic? Without looking at me (how well-mannered?), she told me to take a seat and followed up with a β€œyou’re the last customer” nonchalantly. Am only giving an additional star for this review coz the other CA that attended to me at the end after I got my jab - a bespectacled young girl - was polite. L & N should learn a thing or two from her. To the TrueClinic management team, if you are reading this, please consider sending your CAs to an etiquette class before they’re even allowed to deal with customers, or at least form a proper SOP for the team. Even the clinics in my neighbourhood knows to call their customers ahead of their appointments to confirm their arrival. I haven’t written a review in YEARS but this incident really left a bad taste in my mouth. To the rest of the folks who are planning to visit this clinic, good luck and I hope you won’t experience something similar.

Edited review: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED I've made a review with anger due to the delayed in my medical report but now I would like to edit this review and share how the Manager dealt with my complaint. I was very frustrated at the delayed of my MOM health check report. However, the Manager gave me a call, patiently explained everything and drove down to my house to give my report in person. Besides that, he came with a bar of chocolate and another apologetic note. I'm really impressed at how he managed the situation and appreciate his effort. This kind of service should be recognized and I would like to refer anyone who would like to visit! Doctor Alan Wong is very nice, calm, and shows that he really cares. Although I did faced some operational difficulties, they managed to solved it and provide me with solutions.
