Especially children, they will manipulate and try to make more money off of you, even so far as to encourage the child to lie to their parents and spend over $40 without talking to their parents. They will provide you extra service without telling you that there is an extra cost and later after everything you will get a shock. Really not recommended, there are many other good barbers nearby.
