Best Hair salon in Singapore

C	Casuarina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No star. A customer is not able to sit down quietly for a hair cut. They keep bombarding you to buy this and buy that. I bought a hair cut package for at least more than 10 visits. After my 2nd visit, the remaining amount disappeared from the computer. I asked them to explain, they said they can't do anything because the computer had no record. Very unethical and cannot be trusted. If I can give no star, I will give!
G	Green grasshopper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 of the employees were straight up rude. Both shouted at an old man for not wearing a mask. I know everyone must wear a mask but the old man is just adjusting his mask so the employees could hear. Luckily, I took a glimpse of 1 of the employees number and it was 20. However, I was unable to get the other's employee's one but both look like they range from an age of 15 to 25. Above that, there was 1 employee who I want to compliment. He was a middle aged man and was tall. He was the only employee to care for the old man and he deserves extra credit.
J	J H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hard sell tactics are abundant. have some decent hairstylists but some really have zero skill. Just came off one with uneven patches and gaps between hair. Place is good and cheap if u give zero care about the quality of the cut and consistency, will not be coming back.
P	Peter Loo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hairdressers and hairstylists at this branch are mainly from Malaysia. I had my haircut and hair perm on different occasions by staff #15, 15, and 20. The staff were skilled and professional, and better than those in branches with mainly China nationals. HOWEVER, the boss-manager at this branch sucks. She has very poor customer service - unfriendly and no courtesy - can’t get 5-stars from me. Tolerate the manager to get a good haircut or perm.
A	A M Aditya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most unhygenic salons. They use the same cloth that was just used on another person without sanitizing and dusting off the hair. Imagine one persons sweat, skin problems and anything else being transmitted to you because of this. Please make sure you always request for a new set of covering or cloth if you decide to go here after this. This is the least of expectations to have.
g	gwen t on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Told the hair dresser to trim my hair just a bit for maintainence, also showed him the amount I wanted to be cut with my fingers. He ended up cutting more than 10cm of my hair instead. Also took very long to do so (20 minutes - 30 minutes).
