waited for almost 3 weeks to get my luggage fix. One hour later, it spoiled again.

Came here to fix broken locks of my cabin luggage on a busy Sunday night and they were full of customers as travel restriction eased. I thought It will take some time as they must prioritize their new customers but there was a male staff in spec approached me and asked what he can fix. I am very surprised as the both locks can be changed immediately and still under warranty so no charge. The male staff helped me change to new passcode as well and walk me out of the store just like a new customer buying few luggages. I think i have to change all my luggages to Rimowa :-)

Ray is very attentive to me during the process. I wanted a personal clutch and iPhone 13 pro case. As the personal clutch wasn’t available, he did a check and also transferred it over to the boutique. And get back to me by WhatsApp when it arrived. Thanks to Ray.

Visited the store to purchase my 2nd and 3rd luggages from Rimowa. I have owned a Classic Check-In M for almost 5 years now (bought from Rimowa in Suntec City, which is now permanently closed). That luggage served me well for my last few travels pre- and post-pandemic travel restrictions. So I decided to get cabin-sized luggages from Rimowa for my future travels post-pandemic. I came in early to the store almost right after they opened shop for the day. Immediately I can feel the warm welcome of the shop assistants with their greetings and smiles. Particularly I was assisted by Ray who was very patient and open to all my questions. I wanted to get a Classic Cabin and an Original Compact that day. Ray was able to explain to me well the pros and cons for each item. I know I was ready for the purchase. Additionally, Ray was attentive enough to have me sign-up for the MBS rewards membership, as my total purchase entitled me for a $150 voucher at MBS, as well as accumulating additional destination dollars. I really appreciate that I was able to get more value out of my purchase. He also arranged for the delivery of the two new luggages to my home the next day, which arrived promptly early in the afternoon. I am very satisfied with my recent purchase.
