โ โ โ โ โ The restaurant looks posh from outside maybe since itโs located inside Eunos MRT Station
Food is mediocre. Affordable and decent sushi We tried the salom sashimi For $10/ serving, itโs nothing worth the penny. Quite tasteless and we had to add soy sauce to add some taste to it.
The rest of the sushi are normal but cant expect too much from the price we paid

โ โ โ โ โ Rude service spoils the whole experience. While waiting, i witnessed how impatient the lady at the counter was with an elderly lady whoโs confused on how to order and pay for the food. Shameful to see.

โ โ โ โ โ Sushi is already average. Didnโt expect the service staff that rude. The girl packed my food and handled over the bag to me. Before I could take the bag, she drop it and settle the receipts that was churning out.
Service staff level is straight out zero.

โ โ โ โ โ Umisushi is fast food japanese but do not use true ingredients in their business.
I had visited this Eunos Outlet at the Eunos Mrt station on the 7 December 2021 morning at 11am.
I purchased 3 sets of their value bento meals; Salmon, pork cutlet and chicken teriyaki, 3 portions of Chawn mushi and 2 pcs of Temaki.
The value bento meals came with free miso soup. My mother and siblings likes the value bento meal + chawan mushi.
As for the Temaki (cone shape hand roll)
It was below standard.
The sushi rice did not stretched from the top to the bottom. Its just a little bit covered about an inch from the top.
Instead of real crab meat. False crab stix was used, a few string of japanese cucumbers, no avocados, some mayo and abit of ebiko (prawn roe).
$2.40 per pc. Its was a ripped off.
Umisushi do not give the proper portion of ingredients.
Temaki is not Value for money.
Best to do it myself.
As i was trained in the art of Japanese cuisine.

โ โ โ โ โ Umisushi is located in Eunos MRT, just follow the unit number to find. Small shop with limited seating capacity. Friendly staff and the portion of food just nice.

โ โ โ โ โ I placed an order for 1 Sake Teriyaki Bento and itโs usually ready within 15 minutes of ordering on Grab. However, to my surprise the food wasnโt ready by the time my husband walked over and he had to wait an additional 30 minutes. On top of that, they only had one staff who would stop in the middle of preparing food to take an order. So the line just kept growing. He even gave a batch of food to someone who came AFTER my husband. Unacceptable and very frustrating.
The management of umisushi should hire at least one more staff member to prevent this kind of inefficient and unfair service. We will no longer be ordering food from this place.
