The guy (brown highlight hair) doing the exchange was super slow and wasn't interested, apologetic or bothered to say sorry to keep the customer waiting! Only this one guy (Hui Xiang) can do it?!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UQ is a good go to store for basic clothes. The shop in GWC is a good size. It’s not huge but it has all the lines or products like in the bigger shops.
It’s always a challenge looking for someone to assist me. Maybe because of streamlining or cost efficiency practices. So less 1 star.
But if you’re the type that does not ask questions about the products then you’ll have a good experience in this shop.
