★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sometimes I wish Zara turned over their inventory less often, but I always check it out on every shopping trip, hoping that the leather jacket that they put out 7 years ago would find its way back into the current fashion. It was a fantastic viscose leather jacket that I wore until it split at the seams.
Of course, the selection is great and the staff is friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your counter girls certainly are nit the nicest ppl around. So detached and unfriendly and not a word if thank you, especially when I was so nice to them and there was no one in queue. The lady in white should go fir training in customer courtesy . ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked a staff lady for assistance on the sizing. However she was incredibly rude and arrogant. As i was asking her a question, she proceeded to tie her shoes in front of me and answered me by mumbling to herself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When wanting to purchase items to wear, trying them on is key. Unfortunately, the experience here loses customers. I brought in 10 garments and was informed only 6 at a time and to place the remainder outside to trade out once done with the first. This is normal; however, once I went to trade out the remaining items, I was informed to leave my room to wait back in the end of the line. This is completely unheard of considering I had already waited in line and was half dressed with my items still in the dressing room. I suggest management take a look at this inefficient and albeit rude experience to better their customer service. I would have purchased many items and instead I did not purchase any & will not be returning to this location.
