★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service. The male staff in charge at the changing room was polite. The female Malay staff at the counter was very thoughtful and friendly to ask if I need Faserpoints. Very pleasing shopping experience at Punggol Waterpoint Uniqlo. Keep up the fantastic service. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As compared to my favourite outlet at Downtown East, this outlet is a horrible place to shop in.
Shopping space is small and is usually crowded especially weekends. This means test fitting rooms are limited in numbers.
I was there on a Saturday evening. When I went to make payment, the young Malay male cashier did not even ask if I wanted plastic bag (Uniqlo has a BYOB policy for awhile). And when I took out my own bag, he was expecting me to pack my purchase in myself.
This is pale in comparison when my favourite outlet would ask if I needed their bag, packed my purchases for me as they keyed in the POS, and even asked if it was ok for them to fold the clothing to squeeze everything in.
Clearly this outlet is not very desirable to visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd like to thank the staffs for their kind understanding and friendliness extended to my toddler niece who's adorable but admittedly difficult to manage as she really active and makes a fuss if we attempt to contain her. Although she's running about the store and playing with other kids(I followed her closely to make sure she isn't being a nuisance to other patrons), the staffs didn't reprimand her nor gave her any disapproving looks. They were kind and even waved hello to her. My family appreciate the kindness rendered and would like to thank the staffs on duty for making a kiddo happy today ?
