Worst bank ever. Bank tellers are extremely slow, usual waiting time is 1-2 hours just to get to the teller. Even other banks which are busier than UOB dont let their customers wait so long. Recent bad experience. They lost my documents!!! Was informed by the hotline that I have pending documents but only to find out that those 'pending' documents were the exact same ones I submitted in person to the Nex branch but the main office did not receive it! Don't know what is happening to this branch, maybe untrustworthy staff?? Be careful of this branch. Waiting to hear from head office as to what has happened to my documents

Waited for 30+ minutes and the staff just informed me that the cheque could only be deposited into an account, not cash. They were quite rude. The security guy was really helpful. Left something inside and visited after opening hours. The staff inside did not care and after waiting for some time, the security guy approached us and returned the item.

Slow customer service starts even at taking a queue number just to enter the bank. Super bad queue management system and customer service. Even with Sms queue number service, everyone is just waiting outside the bank door.

Awesome service and warm welcoming. Thank you Bailey for helping with account opening, I really appreciate it. No doubts that UOB will be my favourite bank. Everything was smooth and also great guidance with all steps in the counter. Fantastic team!!!

One of the worst Uob branches I have ever been to. Over 30 people in the line and only 2 counters are open while a bunch of staff are just standing around doing nothing. Also claim to have a priority service counter but it is never opened or available.

Be sure to not open any account here if you dont have the intention to buy extra products/services. 8th May 2022, i went to queue outside, there is this guy name Stanley, i believe is the wealth consultant, trying to asked what we want, we said we just want to open a normal joint account. He then bring us to his room, and start his terrible service. 1st, he asked for nric and then next he asked us if have plans to put my money somewhere else which he is trying to share more investment product. When we said we are not interested, he tried to chase us out the bank with a very rude way. And keep repeatly asking if we have tried open an account online. But we didnt know that a joint name account can be open online. Well, he is still holding our nric for about another 5 mins and then ask again did we try online. This is my first time going into a bank, and being chase out away! Well we are not rich ppl. So maybe thats the reason. Only the rich, and people who have money should come, if you just doing a normal account, please do not come! Go ocbc downstairs instead, their service is way better than here. If you want to direct me online, then might as well dont waste my time and take my NRIC for 15-20mins inside your room and look at your terrible face. Its not welcoming at all! After that we tried to speak to so called Branch Manager, she mentioned this Stanley guy is Senior! Well, i guess all my feedback to her she will not bother bout it, as its their Senior Consultant! Final advice, please do not come to this Branch for any simple matter and if you dont have the intention to deposit a huge sum or buy any additional product or services! You will end up being chase out from the bank! My suggestion to UOB bank, just place a memo out this branch, stating whoever that have SGD Xx amount then enter. Dont waste other people time queuing there and chase them out!

On 19 Mar 22, I went to UOB branch at Nex to open a gold/ silver trading account. I used the app queue for investment to get a queue number. Then i waited 15 mins. A staff finally came to attend to me and told me , for opening of gold silver trading account,Β  I should opt the opening account queue instead of investment. So requested for a new queue number and waited all over again. Then when it was my turn, another staff told him should come on Mon- Fri!!!! Could not the staff have told me earlier??? Instead he was sashaying around. Could not this info about Mon to Fri for gold silver trading account be available on the app??? Before I was made to wait??? How not to be not angry ??!!
