The staff was extremely RUDE, stressed me up with black face when I was late for 15mins. At the end I have cancelled my booking for my friend to accommodate them as they said they have appointments. Also, I was being CHASED OUT by them as they said they have to disinfect the seat for the next customer but I did see them do it for the seats of customers left...

She is very very good in her job and a very nice person, not because she is a filipino like me. I recommended her to some of my friends coz it is very difficult to find a staff who knows our needs esp for pedicure. I compliment her for a job well done? Thank you!

pricing was extremely transparent, no hidden costs, which was great! the staff did a great job at the pedicure service, and was extremely delicate and careful during the entire treatment, always making sure that I did not experience pain when cleaning and cutting my cuticles. felt that the session was extremely worth my money, would definitely consider signing package with them in the future :-)

Definitely the worst experience in my entire life! The staff was okay, but the service they provide is terrible. I was charged 81!!! dollars for the worst pedicure where they didn’t even push the dead skin, the woman who was doing my nails instead of pushing the dead skin more when I asked her and removing it started telling me that I had some kind of nail problem and applied more gel on my nails… The result turned out even worse than I expected, my toe nails looked like they were painted by a 5 year old kid and the most important is that the cuticle was not removed properly … Not coming back to this place and do not recommend you to try it

With all the aggressive sales tactics from nail salons today, I really appreciate a nail salon that doesn't hard sell. Apart from asking if you want to renew a package that is near completion, and very occasionally recommending products (happened to me once in about 7 visits), there has not been much pushing of packages or products to me. Because of this great sales practice, I am willing to sign up for packages with them repeatedly. I really appreciate being able to just sign my name and leave the salon after each treatment without having to go through a sales pitch each time. Apart from this great sales practice, their service is good. I am usually here for callus treatment, and I do feel that they take efforts and care to help me as much as possible each time. Staff is friendly and professional. I have not done any nail color or nail art so I cannot comment on that aspect.
