Forever thankful to him to help my Dad with prostate issue. The hospital staff is also helpful, smiling and patient. Loved the experience ????

Nurses Attended : Yvonne, Dennis and one more nurse (unsure of her name)
Admin procedures from appointment booking till post discharge follow ups were well handled by nurses with considerarion and patience towards the patient.
Prognosis and Diagnosis were well explained both in medical and layman's term by doctor that allowed patient to be more aware and certain about the decisions to make. Doctor was also able to articulate the information to patients parent's with great deal of consideration and affirmation.
Financial consultation was well run through by nurses with tangible alternative solutions that may be required for patient.
Special mention to all staff for their emotional attendance to patient that helps to boost patients confidence.
Overall a very positive and encouraging team to be attended by that makes the journey from prognosis to recovery much more bareable and convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Tan Yung Khan is a professional and caring doctor. He listens, explains things clearly and does not rush.
The staff at the Mt E Novena and Mt E Orchard clinics are also a delight. They are always smiling and ready to help. Their professional attitude and pleasant personality help to lessen any anxiety a patient might have.
I wish to give a shout-out to Yvonne, Denise and others whom I did not get their names. Keep up the good work!
