Dr Ho Choon Kiat is the best doctor I have ever imagined, got my surgery done, he is so kind and extremely talented Dr.

I finally settled on Nexus Clinic after a few recommendations for a surgical clinic, and I must say I am truly bless to be in the hands of a very good and warm doctor by the name of Dr Ho Choon Kiat. His personable and caring manner makes me very comfortable and less anxious about the procedure despite my great fear of needles. During my followup visit, I wasn't sure what to expect from the wound and was extremely thankful and pleased to see it healed beautifully, thanks to Dr Ho's skilful hands. Glad I made the decision to be treated at Nexus. It's also nice to see the sweet ladies at the counter, Ms Siah and Ms Ai Chin, being so cheerful and friendly at the frontline. This certainly adds some cheer and warmth to the clinical atmosphere and that's what some nervous patients (like me) needed! I first saw Dr Jane Tan in June 2018. I was recommended to her by one of my healthcare practitioners. At first I wasn’t sure what to expect, but very quickly after my first visit, I felt extremely comfortable and at ease, with absolutely no regrets! Right from my very first meeting with Dr Jane Tan, I already felt assured and safe under her care. She is very warm, friendly, assuring and made me feel comfortable and confident with her best care possible. She is very careful, understanding and patient, promptly answering whatever questions or concerns I may have, pre / post treatment. She is genuinely interested in her patients and comes from her heart. The counter staff at Nexus Surgical Associates are also superstars (especially Eva)! They are all very welcoming and friendly making each visit to the clinic a pleasant one. They are careful and detailed when explaining treatment preps and instructions, and are very prompt in sending out appointment reminders or replying to emails. Even after a year and I'm back for follow up visits, Dr Jane Tan and her staff still consistently blow me away with their exceptional level of service. It always puts a smile on my face! Professionalism, kindness, compassion, and competency is what Nexus Surgical Associates is all about.
