★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time in here. Friendly staff got straight to me and I was asking for their smaller pouches, then before you know it, they have a few pieces in front of me. Quick! Ten stars for them.
The shop is pretty and so white. The pandemic means we had to pass all the checks but that was a breeze and the store wasn’t packed even though bustling. Nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at MBS outlet and was attended by Belle Even though it was a weekend, Belle had been very patient and polite in recommending some of the new designs and even brought me around the store to introduce the fashion.
Although I did not purchase anything in the end, she had definitely left a very deep impression with the service that she had provided. I would definitely look for her again if I want to get anything.
I had been to other YSL stores and overall I felt their service had improved quite tremendously over the last decade.
Their service had definitely made you feel very warm and welcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it was my first time at YSL ytd and i wanted to get a cardholder and the staff that served me was Paris. she's friendly and she took the extra mile to take out all the colours available for the cardholder that i'm looking for and in the end i chose the black one which was displayed outside and no complaints or annoyed vibes from Paris which i'm very thankful of bcoz she really went to take out all the colours. and i asked to try on some bags and she even taught me how to utilise the chains. was served a mineral water while waiting for my transaction to be done. i would go back to her if i'm going back to make another purchase. highly recommended with 101 stars :)
