s	sophia htet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear Versace, what your employees need most is how to serve your customers in proper etiquette and manner . When I asked for the designs, all they told me was " don't have". Can totally understand but when I asked to check for the other stores, they straight away told me that they can't and even told me to go and find all those items at warehouse and outlets at johor. When I asked for the closing time, one guy said 11:30 and he even told me not to come at 11 cause they will be closing at that time. Is it even acceptable? From the perspective of the customer, all I can say is all the staffs from MBS versace are just too rude.
L	Lucas Ng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff there were rather welcoming and friendly when I was in the stall browsing through some of the fragrances. They were also cooperative too when I asked them if I could test some of the fragrances. Keep up the good work? ;)

If you buy a gift for someone and it is not the right purchase, it is the same as lighting your money on fire. Items not on sale can only be exchanged within fourteen days. So do not risk any purchases for someone in advance or buy any sale item as a surprise/gift without certainty the intended receiver will absolutely want the item. The shop will show you zero compassion. The store will not assist you to exchange for another product even if you want to pay more for a different item. Its their shop, their rules.Caveat emptor.
D	Dr Wee Lyn Teh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here, especially Kenny, are so friendly and once, even stayed beyond 10 pm. I didn’t realise it was so late and kept on asking the staff to show me more items. They are all so nice and accommodating. Most of the items only come in one piece so once it’s sold, it’s gone. Kenny was especially helpful and went out of his way to check if the warehouse has anymore pieces. He even Wats App me to update me on the item availability! I bought so many things and will continue to patronise this store. Even my dogs love the gold Versace chains. We love love love Versace MBS!!!
