S	Stephen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unfriendly and unwelcoming floor staff. They are mostly grouped together laughing and speaking Mandarin to each other loudly. One tall guy with a bun keeps staring from a distance whilst pacing slowly back and forth (There are mirrors everywhere so hard to not notice). Either talk to me and offer help or leave me to try out some shades. (Unless he's scared I'll destroy something) I was really looking forward to buying a pair, but the experience made me so unwelcome and uncomfortable that I will visit the Ion branch to purchase my shades. Unsolicited advice: Need better staff guidelines and training. For example: Greet the customer when they enter and ask if they're looking for anything in particular. Don't just stare at them from a distance while grouped with the other staff and awkwardly wait for them to ask you a question. Gross lack of training and controls is evident

As you would expect they have great art installations and staff at every corner helping you out when you need. It's fun to see the different art installations as their product changes at a different pace. The store is great well spaces with a huge focus on the art and the product. Good place to checkout whether you're in the mood for glasses or just some modern crazy art.

My first GM purchase was on their main website.The user experience online was a breeze, with very cool interface. The quality was really well built, and it came with a beautiful case. It didnt took me long to purchase a second pair for my wife at MBS. At expected we are welcome with a very unique and cool store-front. The whole in-store experience was excellent. Their staff were very proffessional and not pushy at all. We took our time to try on every frame to make sure we got the perfect fit for our overall look. Special mention to 'Xiu' from Ion Orchard and 'Andrew' from MBS. They were really patient with us. Taking their time to walk us through the different frames to make sure it fits our face perfectly and comfotably. We would definitely go back for a third pair, if they have new releases. We would highly recommend.
