Villa Umbrella Singapore - 100 Turf Club Rd

Room was big. Place was quiet. 2 issues, 1, soap dispenser lever was broken and 2, aircon wasn't powerful enough.

Very nice place to stay. Feels relax and cozy here. They have very good pizzas know for there fresh ingredients and mouth watering Indian - Italian food. Sry sry sry place has been closed. It's quiet and peaceful BUT.... needs lots of improvements. Reception was friendly. AC in the room was good! Things need to improve on with the price we paid, 1) Room smells like an old abandoned place 2) No toiletries at all ( they only provide body-wash) 3) No Hairdryer 4) No Mini Fridge 5) No tea/coffee/sugar/creamer

The room is relatively clean. It's quiet & relaxing. There are activities, eg. spa, archery, horse ride pub, etc. within walking distance. It's a good getaway from busy city. The staffs are friendly. The only thing though is that you have to bring your own toiletries (Towels are provided)

Beautiful place with excellent service. Staff is amazing and takes very good care of guests. Food is delicious. My experience was excellent. I highly recommend this place for those looking for affordable hotel in Singapore.

Had good expectation for a staycation here but ended up rather disappointed. I wasn't expecting 5 stars but the quality of stay here is too sparten for the price. 1) there was no proper soaps, just bar soaps handed across the counter when checking in. 2) The TV in the room had bad signals, it only had local channels but it keeps glitching that it's totally unwatchable. 3) The water pressure on the shower is bad, worst than what I have at home. 4) There's no mini fridge in the room. 5) kettle is malfunctioning, it doesn't auto stop when water is boiled. 6) The surrounding is not well maintained. A random sandpit behind the accomodation and a few outdoor chairs, and that's that. Could perhaps have put up a mini play area for kids (there's only one super small slide near the lobby) 7) Was told when checking in that there will be horses on the weekend evening, even for just a 30mins between 530-6. No horses were seen. 8) Bed is really soft. Perhaps a personal preference. Frankly the 2 stars is that the staff standard is good. especially Indian guy who man the night shift is helpful and friendly.

Very misleading advertising. Place is run down with poor up keep. Room was basic with no toiletries or beverages. You pay a chunk on parking. No breakfast and there was no horses as advertised on the website. Very disappointing. Booked for two nights but stayed for only one. They do not do refunds either.

Overall its not worth the money. You may try to if you want to. Experience it and you know what's with all the bad reviews. Aside from peacefulness. Standard fails. No mineral h2o provided, when asked, they mentioned never buy, no stocks. even when provided no replenishment, few days of stay we has to request for change of towels. No room services. We had to discard our own trash. Place is full of those renting long term. It's more to long term rental. Not a resort at all. If you don't mind paying the price and No complaints, try and Experience their misleading marketing. Pricing and rooms not worthwhile.
