Very good promotion - affordable and worth our money. Keng Hong was very cheerful and clear when explaining about the current promotion to us. Qinli was also very patient with us even though we were having some problems with our eye test.

Would like to compliment Louis and Gerald for their great service! Though the store was crowded yesterday, they took time to explain all our inquiries and were honest about their answers as well. Highly recommend!

ordered two pairs of frames online and went to the Century Square outlet for an eye check to get the right lenses in each frame. booked an appointment for this eye check, but still had to wait 30 minutes to even get into the store. not sure what the point of booking an appointment is if they cannot keep to the timing. gave them the benefit of the doubt because they seemed swamped but were still very friendly. after the eye check we were assured that they will key in the degrees for us and we just have to wait for the glasses to be delivered. when the glasses arrived, the lenses were swapped (degrees were keyed in wrongly) so neither of us could see clearly! really don't understand how such a silly mistake could have happened when we were given multiple assurances that we don't need to do anything as they would settle the submission of degrees on their end. had to go back to the store again to sort it out. finally the fixed glasses are ready, but instead of delivering them to my address like they did the first time, I received a message asking me to go to the store to collect them. so much trouble for a mistake the staff there made. thought I would give Lenskart a chance because they have cheaper prices but I guess you get what you pay for in terms of service. only reason I am not giving one star is because Daniel really tried his best when attending to us the first time we went there for the eye check, and Hiq was very patient as well when I went again for the swap.

Brahmi and her team have been extremely patient and nice with me. I really love their service and especially how she offered to clean my glasses! I’m so grateful for their service as a whole!

Edited from 5 stars to 3 after collection of glasses. While the design is nice, the screws in the frame were loose and the frames were warped. The store was ill-equipped to rectify the issue, and could only provide minor touch up. For the price paid, higher quality was expected.

From eye testing to collection, all the sales staff were patient, knowledgeable and accommodating. Even the WhatsApp customer service has been responsive and helpful. Most importantly, their service has been genuine and there was never a time where there was any hard selling. Kudos to the team for their exemplary service.

Excellent service by Jarell. His Eye test is super detailed, although there is very busy on the weekend but he takes his time to explained to me about my prescription and also the lens type. The pricing of the glasses here is very reasonable but I have never expected that the service and The Eye test was so professional! Strong recommended
