★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went down on a tuesday evening to get my specs adjusted for the second time (first adjustment was a day ago at punggol branch but it turned out way too loose and kept sliding down). outlet was empty, female staff is super helpful! adjustment made was on point and specs aren't sliding off anymore. expressing my thanks here :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just collected my new spectacles at John Jacobs at Tampines 1 this evening. Being new to progressive lens, l struggled with my new prescription. The frame loose fitting did not help. Mei Ling who attended to me was attentive and patient. She explained and adjusted the frame multiple times to get the fitting right. She also suggested that l try the silicone nose bridge pad which l did. Very happy with Mei Ling's service. Keep it up. Great job!

Considered a good bargain as I was doing my progressive lense. Service rendered by Val is good and attentive! Would definitely recommend to my friends if they need to do glasses!

The best thing is the buy one free one can be different degrees, so that means me and my wife can get a pair each. The assistant is also very friendly and helpful. A lot of choices and we got our pick in no time. Worth a look if you are shopping around for a new pair of specs.
