β β β β β had an overpriced quote (est 2k more from what we had from another supplier for similar items) and sales lady seemed uninterested in what we wanted, had the impression she only wanted to sell and move on to the next customer.

β β β β β They sold items and could not deliver the items on time as per committed at point of sale. Bought on 27 Feb 2021, and item was supposed to come by 31 March 2021. They did not indicate item was not in stock, and was only informed on 22 March 2021 that the purchased item will only arrive in May 2021. That is more than 2 months delay in delivery time.

Please feel free to ask the staff question as they are always provide good suggestion n solution.

β β β β β Bought Ceiling Fan and Gas stove from viva vuena, the staff confirmed availability of the stock, payment was made. But Pior to installation, the staff called to say tat item is not available, and denied that she mentioned item is available even though she was the one who issued the invoice with the stated stock. Promised also to call back to fix the appointment for installation but never happened.
The second item( gas stove) was supposed to be delivered on a seperate date for installation. Similar issue happened, the electrician didnβt arrive. Called the store, the saleperson mentioned it was missed out. Requested for refund as they are unable to fix another appointment immediately . The reason given was that the electrician was fully booked. Totally irresponsible for missed out the appointment and didnt care to rectify the issue. Requested for refund but the sales person mentioned i have to go back to collect cheque another day. The fact is the store accepts various type of electronic payments even but yet refuse to refund immediately, the salesperson promised to make the refund but never called back? Terrible service standard with tonnes of integrity issue with this company.

β β β β β I will never ever buy any items from this shop anymore.
Salesperson doesn't do any follow up. Sold me 3 tone spot light, but you cannot achieve the color you want. This was not communicated to me when I bought. Before I bought, I clearly asked if switching of the respective color is responsive and fast when I on and off the switch. The answer is yes, but in fact the responsiveness is not only slow and unpredictable so basically my whole house lighting is in a mess. Some area is warm, some area can be cool. Give me a remote controller but spoil after a few days.
Asked for replacement of the controller. They told me it is out of stocks for months.
Called multiple times to follow up, they always said will called back. Ask for supervisor or boss number, they said that they do not have their number. I have been waiting for an answer or to resolution for months.
Buying overpriced items from this shop was my decision (this is fine as I signed on the dotted line) and was recommended by my ID but the after sales service is horrendous. Please think twice before patronise.

β β β β β This is a review specifically for the SIMS AVE outlet.
Service is horrific and frankly ridiculous... We took some time off work just so we could go into the shop to purchase and settle a few items for our house. When we got there, none of the female staff were interested at all in helping us, and when we did ask them questions about the products, they were not just unhelpful but didn't seem to want to be there. Lesson 1 for businesses β when a customer is ready to make a purchase, invoice them right away and take their money. We were ready to buy a few items but instead the staff took my phone number down and told me they would whatsapp me to let me know if the items were in stock. That's totally fine β except, I didn't hear from them. And when I called them back, it was one of the most frustrating calls I've had with service staff. They had no recollection of our conversation the day before OR the items I was requesting for because they did not take note of any of them! They were so eager to get us out of the shop, they just said yes for the sake of saying it without any real intention of helping us.
We were so angry and frustrated, we went to another shop.

β β β β β This company arranged 2 Indian workers to install my two toilet bowls and basins yesterday. My toilet marble flooring was badly scratch. I contacted them and their staff told me she was unable to locate her boss. An unreliable supplier. Not advisable to look for them for any home related supplies and services.

β β β β β Great products and service. Got my whole house sanitary from Viva Nueva. Some of the products was delayed due to the current situation but overall am happy with their service. Definitely will reccomend friends and family.
