My doctor is TC Chang, who is an amazing doctor... but honestly everyone here is just amazing, the doctors, nurses and the front of house are all professional and highly efficient. Everything runs like a clockwork. There is also wifi here, for those who needs to be here for a few hours for blood tests.

Dr Benjamin Tham and all the staff were incredibly helpful during my wife's pregnancy, especially during delivery in tandem with Thomson Medical Centre. Dr Tham is so kind and helpful, and very reassuring.

Dr TC Chang is an amazing obstetrician. My husband and I found him to be highly professional, personable, kind and knowledgeable with an excellent bedside manner. We felt full trust in him and we would highly recommend him to other couples.

Dr. Cheng Li Chang is a very experienced doctor. He is very caring and professional. His nurse Catherine is also very helpful and caring! we would highly recommend him

Firstly, I have no association with this clinic. In fact, I was the one who did all the reviews before convincing my wife to come here based on her last fearful experience upstairs. We had both our children in TMC and my wife was initially dubious about this clinic as it had a slew of O&Gs all clustered inside this supposedly 'public' area. However, as the saying goes, 'one should not always judge a book by its cover'. In fact, all the doctors and nurses that I have met in this clinic have not disappointed me. From the reception to the assistants to the cashiers, all of them are polite and professional in their course of duties. Our gynaecologist was Dr Ong Xiao Hui, supported by Dr T C Chang when we had to level up the detailed fetal scan. They are wonderful doctors who are passionate about their jobs and well versed in their field of study. Dr Ong in particular is also a mother who can really understand the anxiety of to-be-mums. In addition, she is younger than most O&Gs so she can relate better to young mums. Her stitching skill is also one of the top-notch. Most importantly, she is really flexible and communicable with arrangements that you might have (just don't be too unreasonable). In fact, based on the research I have done over months, all the doctors in this clinic should be equally as good. A few of them have been recommended through word of mouth as I overheard during my course of research. If you ever intend to deliver (or let your wife deliver) or just looking for a good O&G for female issues, just come to this place. You won't be wrong, trust me. I have 6 months of research done through trawling forums, asking friends/relatives and reading online reviews. Doctor Tan wee Khin is a very good and experienced doctor, my operations with her were all a breeze! The nurses and staffs are all very helpful. She’s my doctor for both child delivery and fibroids removal.

If you ever need a top quality gynae/surgeon who is patient, caring and knowledgeable - Dr. W K Tan is the lady to go for.

I am writing this review with a heavy heart although my wife and I are still very excited and happy with the pregnancy journey. My wife was in 14 weeks pregnant with twins so we were hoping to have an experienced gynae to go through the next 20+ weeks with us. Dr TC Chang was one of her shortlisted gynae as he has got many years of experience and specialises in twins and high risk pregnancies, so we went for our first appointment with him. Dr TC Chang reviews are WAY overrated! Those positive reviews were written years ago and he appeared really cold, arrogant and stucked up during our first visit. We arrived at the clinic at 8.20am for our appointment at 8.30am but had to wait for 1hr+ even though we were the first patient. We had no issues waiting as we were still very excited to meet Dr Chang. However, he actually gave us a very negative vibe the moment we walked into his room. He didn’t even look at us while we were talking to him, sharing our pregnancy history and journey with him. He appeared to be rushing into things even though it was our first visit. There wasn’t any quality communication and he didn’t seemed to have any passion in what he was doing. Totally different from the past reviews about him and the other gynae that we have met. As a husband, I was very frustrated with the responses he gave when we consulted him for advice on certain matters. The way he responded gave us a feeling that we had asked him stupid questions. It’s like we need to think twice before I asked him any questions. We felt so intimated by him! During the ultrascan, my wife asked a simple question of whether we can tell the gender of our babies. Guess what he reply! He said “this is a simple thing which any gynae can tell you.” And he continue with the scan, only at the very end then he scanned to find our the gender of the babies. Besides being experienced, we both feel that a good gynae should be positive and reassuring for first time parents-to-be like us. He should be someone whom we can feel at ease everytime we visit him and not make us feel intimated and/ or not having the courage to ask him for medical advices. Unfortunately, Dr TC Chang failed to show that he has such qualities. To him reading this, feel free to debate on this if you think otherwise. All these are not fabricated. Total disappointment. I am still very upset and frustrated with your tone and attitude towards us! Having said that, the nurses, midwife that interviewed us and sister Esther are wonderful and humane people. A total waste of my time to come and visit you. To all expecting mothers and fathers, this is purely based on our experience. You may want to think twice and do more research before deciding on your gynae.
