2 temporary reception staff is quick to exert righteousness over patients and certainly lack compassion towards those who are sick. This used to be my family doctor. But today I couldn't get past registration when the staff is just plain rude and unhelpful. So I went to another clinic nearby. You can't just put anyone into the medical profession and these 2 temporary staff are clearly not well trained at all. Seldom encounter young people who carries so much anger and hatred in themselves. Certainly not helpful in helping sick patients to recover.

The most horrendous experience I’ve ever had, visiting a GP. Went down wanting to do PCR because I have symptoms and have been close contact with C+ cases. ART have been showing negative, I just wanted a peace of mind so that I won’t be spreading whenever I am out. So I waited for 45min to see the Dr and here’s our conversation: Dr: We no longer do PCR. Only ART Me: huh? Dr: Why huh? How come you all never read news? Why you want to do PCR? Me: PCR is more accurate? Dr: So? We are going into endemic what. So you want to see or not? Me: Er (2sec) Dr: Hurry, a lot of people waiting 3min after I walked out, the dr called me: If you want to do PCR, can but you have to pay yourself, govt will not pay for you. I fully understand that frontline staff are under a lot of stress. I have also seen a few GP during this period and none of them exhibit such attitude and behaviour.

Came to see doctor for fever and witness such an eventful clinic. The staff are incredibly patient even though some patients are so rude to them. I don’t think they are getting paid enough to deserve this. In the midst of a pandemic, we should be nice to each other and not yell at them. Clinic is usually busy and the staff are overwhelmed, understand patients can be unwell but they should still treat people with basic respect and talk nicely !!!

The staff; young girl with fancy nails there are always busy; busy talking to each other ignoring patients. The lady doctor is not any better either. Seeing her is like seeing your school disciplinary master. Keeps nagging to patient what you should be doing instead of showing more care and understanding to patient. Definitely my last visit to this clinic.

My mom came today to see the doctor. Healthcare workers are visibly stressed out with the surge in COVID patients but its amazing to see how fast they work. A 2hr wait time became 1.

Booked a booster shot appointment for the 29th of march. Employee from the clinic called me on the 29th saying that they have manually changed the appointment to 30th of march and said that I can arrive around 9.30am to 12.30pm. Reached at 12 noon and registered. After waiting for an hour, they said that I could not take the shot anymore because "Time is up". Would rate 0 stars if I could, very unprofessional.

Just last week, I went to this clinic to bring my mother for her swab test. The receptionists and nurse were so professional and helpful. Couldn't scanned the QR code at all but one of them (Serning) helped me. Thereafter, I went into the room. Serning was there and she bothered to take her time to distract my mom. Kiddos to them! Especially during this covid season! Very busy but very professional at the same time!

This is one of the best neighborhood clinic, especially the two lovely Amanda and Vienna. Both were very friendly n patience towards their patients. Especially senior citizen like me. I overlooked that VTL supervised ART - is cashless payment. Haha.. I did not bring my card, they offered to help me solve my problem. Thank you girls! Keep it up! Keep smiling.
