Went there for birthday celebration and oh my! Lamb chop and Lamb rack were divine! I absolutely loved their salad too but lamb was incredible! Also, the staffs went extra mile to make birthday celebration so special. Will be definitely back for more lamb :)

What a treat! Everything was perfectly grilled and it was nice to watch the grilling action through the glass window. My only gripe was that everything was under seasoned(except soup) and we ended salting the dishes ourselves. The lobster bisque was my favourite, along with the accompanying black garlic aioli. Proteins were well marbled, juicy, tender and ample smoky char without the bitterness. Excellent attentive service and dishes were well paced. Would be an impressive place for special occasions. Grilled artisan sourdough with wagyu fat. So very crispy! A hint of salt would have been perfect. Side of butter was unsalted as well. Pan seared Hokkaido scallops on lentils and capers. Crispy prosciutto is the highlight of this dish despite scallops being good. Boston lobster bisque with black garlic aioli and crouton. The small chunks of lobster inside were sweet. The consistency of thick stock broth without the overused creme used to thicken at most other establishments. Loved this! Just looking at the stacked cubes of Kagoshima A5 beef sparks joy! Its so aesthetically pleasing. The grilled shallots that came with all the meat were delicious! So sweet and caramelized. Wasn't much a fan of the watercress due to it's pungent spiciness but its good to cut all the grease and as a palate cleanser. Was skeptical of the ocean beef ribeye when we ordered but it passed with flying colours, grilled to pink perfection. Spring lamb was very tender and had no gamey scent whatsoever. Personal preference but i felt that all proteins were under seasoned, we used the salt that came with the A5 beef to season the rest. Mash was earthy and less starchy which got me wondering what type of potatoes were used. Vegetables were perfectly grilled. Pumpkin was the best. Saw Pavlova on the menu and ordered that as it's not often you find it on the menu. Turned out too densed and sweet for my liking, probably so it's more stable to last the night as the ones I've had before were freshly made thus fluffy and light. Both cocktail and mocktails were delicious especially the breeze berry, refreshing! Will be back to try the 21days dry aged ocean beef.

You'd either be familiar with this office development, or you buffer a bit more time in attempting to find this restaurant. On the ground floor, find the Milligram restaurant, and take the lift from right across this restaurant, straight up to the 4th storey. Personally don't really like the location and the vibe leading up to the location but that's about it. It's also not a very huge restaurant, but it definitely works as a steakhouse. The level of professionalism, and quality standards, is quite something to call out. The private room is also very convenient if you're looking to host a team meal or a gathering with friends. We were especially well taken care of by the service team, thank you! I absolutely love their Freshly Shucked Washington Oysters for the freshness and the volume when you slurp it in. Their Tomahawk Bone was also gorgeously done. Tried their 21d dry aged ribeye, and really love them as well. Couple the meal with the sourdough (laced with wagyu oil butter), and you won't regret it.

Hands down to one the best lamb chop I’ve ever tried, it was reaaaaaaally tender and juicy!! (About $12++ per stick for starter) Also enjoyed the artisan bread($10++ for 4 pieces) However, the steak couldve been better, definitely not something that i would consider ordering again.

Celebrated my anniversary here using the Burpple deal, 4 course tasting menu. Ambience was nice and cozy. The food was great especially the dry aged ocean beef, cook to perfection. Service was excellent, especially for Rajah the manager. When we told him that we are celebrating our anniversary he prepared something special for us ? If there was any fault to find it would probably be that the 3 choices of red wine by the glass could have been better selected. Option was Chianti, Pinot Noir and Rioja. Would love to see Malbec, Shiraz, more full bodied options to pair with the red meat.

Had the rack of lamb and a steak here. The smokey taste was great and the meat was grilled well. You are paying for the good service that will be worth the prices paid

Here for restaurant week to celebrate our anniversary! I’m not a lamb person as I’m really afraid of the smell. Surprised! The char grilled spring lamb it really nice! Oyster is really sweet and fresh! Duck fats meatball and pan fried snapper is not bad. Half rack Spring lamb is not bad too but if it char grilled longer will be nicer to me. Dessert was too little for me. A bit disappointed as they have change one of the sea urchin dish to duck fats meatball and they also increase the price $10 more. From $68++ per pax to $78++ Foods is not bad but portion wise maybe small for the gentleman. Service is good. Overall is a nice experience.

The grill lamp chop is superb ? Can skip the half slab. ? Lobster bisque could not actually find the lobster ? Good to have the sharing sides to accompany the main dishes. Desserts are descent. Overall a wonderful dinner.
