★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time trying KBBQ in holland village, I heard this resto quite new here. Taste wise, the meat & big pancake are not dissapointed, the meat are fresh, and pajon (the big pancake) are the winner here for me. If I stay near holland village, I’ll probably come here again, but if I stay in city, I don’t think I would travel this far just for this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pricing is not cheap for the grill meats but the quality of the meat is good. The pancake is also super delicious as it is crispy and not too oily. Ginseng chicken is a disappointment though - tough and dry meat. Service however is a bit of a hit and miss depending on who is serving you - a few black sheep just to spoil your overall experience. Thus the 3 star and not 4.

Food is so so, service is so so. Price is also so so.
But full house long time, we waited for a hours.
Korean original dishes are good and we are satisfied. But bbq porks are not enough quality to be satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a meat lover and Wang Dae Bak Grill is one of the best Korean BBQ in Singapore! Food is of great quality, definitely recommend to people who also love to eat BBQ meat. Staff are friendly and make us feel like home. Will come back again! :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was average as there’s some hit and misses for its main dishes that they serve. Fried chicken and kimchi fried rice was great - crispy and fragrant. However seafood pancake and army stew was quite average. Army stew came with a small amount of broth and wasn’t that flavourful. Seafood pancake was a mix of a little crispy outside but doughy texture on the inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The side dishes, tofu and beef stews and half half pancake were excellent. Service was good. However, the boneless prime rib ($35 for 200g) was tough and not worth the price. Will return but prolly won’t order their grill meats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queued for about 15 mins on a Sunday night at 8pm. Meat for bbq was fresh, esp the prime ribs and chicken (note that there’s a minimum order of 2 meats per table). The bbq plate cooks the meat quite quickly which was great (ie less waiting time). The truffle jjajang ramen didn’t appeal to us, ramyeon was good.
The star dish has got to be the honey soya fried chicken ⭐️ ! One of the best we have ever tried (in both SG and Korea). They are fried to perfection - juicy and tender on the inside, crispy and well seasoned on the outside.
Banchan was flavourful and generous in portion.
