★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a ceiling fan from them that couldn't be switched on after installation. Called to ask for solution, they took down my details but no follow up. Only had progress when I went back to the shop and discuss face to face. Finally booked an appointment for on-site service, and they said that any technical faults needed to be solved by supplier for an additional fee despite the item coming with 3year warranty.
Eventually after 5 weeks of this, supplier finally came down. The technician took one look and knew what was the problem.
Turns out the shop packed us the wrong fan remote.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was served by a lady called Mavis and she's nice and knowledgeable about the products. We bought the carysil sink at half price and taps at a discount (no gst). Hopefully the products work well but I'm pretty impressed by her service

Sales person service was good at first, but when we asked about some defects found after installing. They refused to admit that the quality of the product were poor.

Good Service and not pushy at all. He listened to our descriptions attentively and even recommended something much better at a lower price.Worth visiting the store for first time buyers looking for something affordable for their new home.

Waste of time & $GD ?
It was all of dishonesty (Mr SHAHRI) :DAMAGED MY ITEM, didn't confess as I heard the box dropped while U finished unloading my items from your van.Stacking boxes till height much taller than you. GOD's watching.
& Prata flipping promise U [Mr JOEVIN] made over the phone call with my Mum, regarding switching the damaged item to another brand new one!
