β β β β β My first time shopping at this establishment. The sales staff, Carine was helpful, patient and very knowledgeable. Great follow up provided by her. I had such a good experience with her that I bought all my sanitary ware, mixers, faucets and everything with her and Water Tapz. Keep up the good job of hiring and supporting great sales staff.

β β β β β terrible quality. the taps (one leak and one matt coating disintegrated) , toilet bowl cover spoilt, soap dispensers (both rusted beyond use) , toiletries holder (most metal mesh rust and dropped off) all spoilt within one year.
