β β β β β I've recently collected my car from Ital Auto. I must say that I am both elated and impressed with Ivan's professionalism and patience. As I am new to the brand, Ivan went above and beyond his call of duty to address my numerous enquires and clarified my doubts over a period of time before I finally signed on the dotted line. On collection day, he patiently explained the functions of every button on the instrument cluster/steering wheel one at a time before letting me drive off euphorically with my new ride. The experience was delightful! In addition, Criz from After Sales was very friendly and helpful too. I will definitely want to do business with Ital Auto again and strongly recommend any keen prospect to do likewise!
