★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I approached a staff who was busy arranging the clothes on the display rack and yet she stopped and showed me where the item can be found - she was patient & helpful. The cashier Nigel was polite too. It was a happy day shopping at Cotton On IMM on 24 Jun 2021 around 5:20pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It Ridiculous, the shoes i bought was totally different size . I am size 40 but the other right was size 36, i dont mind if it was size 41 or 39 i can just use it
. And it not my fault . I assume the right size. Till i need to wear it. . The staff keep asking me for receipt. It totally different if i came to exchange the size but it was together with the other size.
No refund of cash no exchange. So if anyone have this problem is it be their fault. I know it not hard up of the $10 , but it still money . Not by paper. Hard earn money.
It just really cant imagine this happening. When all this was just a $10 if others may think, it just $10. But it a real miney anyway.
Anyway thanks to 4 ladies who really really help me Appreciate her help cant recall the name might be was Dilla or Dira from IMM cotton on on 5/01/2022 6:51pm. 10/10 for her excellency effort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude Malay staff. Don’t even bother to move off when customers is browsing at the clothes and can even stare at the customer. Please train your staff well. Your staff is merely just standing at the clothes rack chit chatting and using her mobile phone. Won’t even bother stepping into this kind of shop with this kind of attitude staff.

I went to IMM yesterday which I stay veey far n I do understand is sale items selling over at the IMM outlets, n that is a lot people,
I was choosing a legging when this Malay Gal ,curling hair.she packing/tidying the rack ,so I went to take one of the legging when give me a kind of look , stare at me and even make some sound like given me warning not to touch.
I never know they have this kind of rules in cotton on, n so rude to customers,
I will not step. Into IMM cotton on, staff is not well train

Other sale outlets do not have this wide a variety of sale items, their variety is more limited in my opinion. Prepare to be spoilt for choice and if you are looking for new clothes from Cotton On to buy that are inexpensive, this is the place for you!
