Best Chinese restaurant in Singapore

E	Eddie Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time trying from a this outlet. The food standard is far from the main shop in 22 Jln Tampang. Sweet and sour pork is very hard.. unattractive signature chicken taste as it looks.. very disappointing if you spent 150 bucks and feel like normal home cook, something is amiss.

It used to be so flavourful and delicious ?, but I don’t think so after recent visit. And maybe staff should be more attentive and passion. Something element is amiss somewhere, hope the restauranteur can able to get to the original nice taste !

We went there before and the experience wasn't half bad so I wanted to go back there again for some delicious white bee hoon. When I think of white bee horn the first thing that comes to mind is the wok hei, or the smell of the wok. Usually, the chef will prep the noodles first by frying the noodles in high heat, imparting the wok hei to the noodles which is pretty characteristic of zi char dishes one of them is the white bee hoon. The one from this stall has surprisingly none of that delicious wok hei I am craving for and it's like getting soggy fries when you order food from mcdonalds. You can live without it but then what's the point right? We ordered a vege as a side and it was good but if you name your restaurant after your signature, why would you want to go back if you screw it up?

Today, I suppose its gonna be a crowded sunday so I chose to order a delivery via Grab instead. Food takes quite awhile to be ready, as per app update. Items were delivered as per order. All items were hot when arrived.? Nicely packed and no spillage.? Personally I love their Mala Been Hoon! Strong mala flavour and not too spicy. Its a good combination of their signature white been hoon & mala! ❤️ The White version was good as usual. Both came with generous amout of ingredients ~ prawns, squid, veg ang egg!!? Gravy wise, just nice, not too much or too little, imo. (Thou my pic looks dry, but its not) Signature Chicken Wings was a simple and delicious dish?. Its not coated with batter and not oily! Recommended for their good food.?

Went during a Sunday afternoon near to 1pm, no waiting required. Food served quite fast, waiters were attentive. Minus one star due to got a 'weird' smell for their bihun, unsure what's the taste. But overall still consider as one of the delicious white bee hoon I tried in Singapore!
j	julia liu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered white bee hoon and some rice and dishes. The 'CRISPY BABY SQUID' was NOT crispy at all and was in fact chewy and very tough to eat. As you can see in these photos, no one finished what they had taken because it was quite unpleasant. Very very disappointing.
