Location is just a stone throw away from raffles place mrt station. Did a 3D scan and I'm put to awe by this piece of technology, damn cool! Mel is extremely thorough in her explanations and will definitely recommend friends to look for her at this outlet if they ever need it to be done. Thank you for your patience!

Great experience this morning @ WonderSmile Raffles. Mel was friendly and patient, addressing all my concerns and walking me through every step clearly. The 3D scan was available immediately on-screen so you can take a look at your teeth. Super cool.

Absolutely blown away by my first experience at WonderSmile! Located just outside Raffles Place MRT, WonderSmile was easy to find. Super convenient! The office itself was super cozy and Mel was extremely helpful and welcoming! Not many people are comfortable with showing their teeth to someone else, much less taking a photo/getting scans of them, but Mel was very reassuring and made me feel at ease. Her telling me that she had her own scans taken before to get a feel of what her clients would feel really helped too, because she could empathise with how we would feel. Mel was upfront about the cost and broke down the difference between the night and day plan. She outlined everything I would be able to expect throughout the treatment plan, from what would happen if I was not eligible to what would happen at the end of my treatment. It was an absolute pleasure to come down to WonderSmile today to meet with Mel and discuss my teeth. Much much more pleasant than a visit to the dentist haha. If anyone out there is looking to realign their teeth, I'd definitely recommend WonderSmile! Thanks for a great experience and I look forward to the good news about my eligibility!

My daughter paid S$2310 for a treatment which never started. They sent an email to her requesting her to ask the bank for chargeback. But the company should initiate the chargeback to refund my daughter, according to the bank. Looks like her money is gone and she has been scammed. To all, believe them at your risk. Anyway, we shall be reporting them to CASE.

23 Nov 2021 - went to partner clinic for scan, no call backs. late Dec 2021 - called me back. Discussed on plan. 7 Jan 2022 - agreed on plan. Paid. 18 Feb 2022 - appt at another partner clinic @ 111 Somerset, seen by dentist and collected aligners. By then teeth has shifted more and it hurts badly when wearing aligners, throdding headaches. Plus pain till teared up everytime remove and put on aligners. Been diligently uploading 10 x photos every 2 weeks to their website until 14 Jun, when website is under construction. 14 Jun - emailed (reply to) via last corresponded email address and got a reply ok 15 Jun that website services will be restored. 23 Jun - was able to upload photos now. This is my last set of aligners and i requested for dental appointment as one of the tooth is not in place per planned. Request for call back. No response. Unable to find contact details / locations anymore of clinic (permanently closed per google) and no responses to my IG messages on their international instagram sites. What about the promised 1 year warranty - free treatment and dentist appointment in event of any issue? Also the subsequent retainer purchases? Think it has gone into liquidated? Or singapore partnership foiled? Bring to CASE?
