β β β β β Just so so experience with them - we were negotiating for a lot and was informed that it was taken when we confirmed it. We were not even aware other people were looking at it nor it was reserved while we were negotiating.
Then we were supposed to enter the unit early - as what was told to us. Then later they informed us that we have to write a review before they allow us early entry so we can transfer goods from their other facility.
When I challenged - they stop responding to the conversation and in the end did not let us in early so we can move this weekend.
Overall experience not too good. Not recommended unless you have big budget, else treatment is not so nice.

β β β β β Rented a unit for our small local business as storage and found that the service here is great. Waiyan kindly showed us many units for us to choose from and with her help we were able to rent a unit at an affordable rate. We chose this space because of the affordability, cleanliness and especially the additional facilities like the co-working space, photoshoot room and the meeting room. Fantastic option for small businesses starting out!

β β β β β Modern, clean and good facility. Most importantly - awesome and prompt customer service team. They use remote door locking system and sometimes when it's not working smoothly (perhaps some technical issues), their CS team can be easily reached and assistance always rendered immediately! Only drawback is the constant administrative fee for renewals so if you are doing short term rental with uncertainties of duration, you have to be prepared to fork out the additional fees when you have to extend due to unforeseen circumstance.

β β β β β The Work+Store @ Kallang Bahru which I have taken up for my storage space is strategically located to monitor my business.
The place is new and clean housed in a nice and quiet environment. Full amenities with photo studio and live stream media room are provided.
I am fortunate to meet a helpful staff Ms Siti who has been kind and considerate to grant my request for an early handover.

β β β β β Newly renovated, air-conditioned building within 5mins walk from 2 MRT stations, at reasonable rental prices. This definitely helps sustain our activewear at affordable pricing.
Bonus: Good hawker food in the vicinity makes this an awesome place to work+store. Thank you WY for the service and tour.

β β β β β A very pleasant experience with Work+Store at their Kallang location. it was very smooth and pleasant. The fees were reasonable and the location is quite central. Highly recommended!
Associates are was very helpful to help expedite my application and also let me know my options. Took me to see the unit before we settled the paper work. Big facility. Well ventilated. Secure.

Extremely pleasant place to be, very helpful and friendly staffs, fantastic communal work areas at lobby. There even have a packing station. Highly recommended!

β β β β β Ms Sheryl Tan who has been an absolute angel working and assisting me in my planning and eventually take up of my storage space with work+space. Despite the fact she has back to back meetings she still fitted me for a time slot for view in short notice as I was running into some urgent dateline. The place is NEW, CLEAN, CENTRAL, HIGHY AFFORDABLE. Full amenities with photo studio and live stream media room. Perfect for e-commerce sellers to use as a base to expand their business. Also special shout out to Wai Yan during my time of need on a weekend no less when I needed help to move my racks in. Knowing that you are in good hands under these two professionals means there is no reason to compare other central locations for your storage cum work needs. Highly recommended.
For fear that this review sounds too perfect like a paid review, the only small downside is that you cannot lock in the lease more than 1 year.
