โ โ โ โ โ Convenient location no doubt but toilets are not really clean. Also electrical power use is limited. Motion detection to enable aircon and lights is a real nuisance. Imagine having to move for motion detection every 20 minutes or so! Terrible service too! No reply to multiple enquires.

Super helpful, informative and responsive with following up on my queries, it was definitely a deciding factor to lease a unit here. The units we viewed here are clean, had an electronic lock system, rectangular shaped (giving the illusion of a larger space) and a secure lift entry system that gives tenants a peace of mind when holding inventory here.

Great service was provided by Miffy, her explanation & deal during viewing is good, any requests & were provided to me super fast, including an early takeover of the unit.

Location is right across the road from Aljunied MRT yet rates are still very affordable.
The place is clean with a pretty spacious lounge as well :)
Sheryl was also really helpful with the onboarding process!
