β β β β β place is good, clean. Shellmin was really helpful. however, more trolleys needed if possible. understand its complementary but most times trolleys arent even there.

β β β β β Besides the distance to get here, it's a really great space for small and medium businesses to rent a space here, especially since they have a warehouse space as well. Reasonable pricing as well.

β β β β β One of the better warehouses I believe. Price wise, location, and facilities. Also staff are always willing to help - especially Shellmin who helped me through the process.
Downside is centralised aircon systems arenβt always on and it can get stuff if you have heavy duty work and no power supply for a fan. Trolleys are almost non existent. Best to invest in own trolley. Refuse centre is also quite far from lift/exit - nightmare if u have heavy stuff and itβs raining heavily.
Nonetheless, if not fussy - would def recommend ?

β β β β β Sheryl is amazing - Prompt, efficient and service-oriented. I was searching around for a good storage place and location. Many other companies were either slow on replies or didn't attend to my needs accurately. I will recommend work+store to anyone who needs practical, affordable and most importantly a place with good pre/post sales service

β β β β β We have rented a space here. This place is amazing - clean space, covered utilities, well maintained corridors and bright warehouse space. Our entire viewing experience was elevated by Sheryl, who gave us very detailed information on each of the space that she showed us. They have accommodated to our needs and made our transition to this warehouse with much ease. Prices are reasonable and there are some professional services which are available at this warehouse if you are okay to fork out abit more!
