★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a crack in my racket, Thruster Ryuga, with tension of 28lbs, recommended tensions is 31 lbs and below for 4U/G5 version. I sent my racket in hoping for a replacement racket and I was told to wait 3 to 6 months time with no guarantee of replacement racket. This is by far the most inefficient service ever. Switching brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ rubbish service, broken racket went to replace told me 3-6months wait as need send back to factory but their email clearly stated that if damage is identified in-store they will replace it. Clearly not true, staff there was not well trained and couldn’t make any decisions….already waited more than 3 weeks for an update on situation but no reply. WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY. They are also related to A&T Badminton online so please be careful…. honestly don’t think i will ever hear about my racket again or step foot into their shop again. DEAL AT YOUR OWN RISK
