★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3.5 stars really. Tiny corner shop sharing the space with a mala hot pot corner. At first I thought they were part of the restaurant. But no. Its a separate business.
They sell a selection of cold appetizers and some noodle soups. Its really for tabao. But you can also eat on the outside tables in front of the restaurant.
Cold appetizers are standard fare. Vegatable ones is $1.20 vs $1 in Chinatown. Not as tasty as the ones in Chinatown. But its also less salty.
I tried their beef noodle soup $6.50. The photo looked good. When it came i was a bit disappointed the beef is like 10% of illustrated. But when i tasted it, the broth and noodles were suprisingly tasty. Didnt expect it. Im taking half a star off for the scraps of beef it served.
