Choices of bike: 5/5 Accessories available: 5/5 Customer Service: 3/5 Choices of bikes are plenty. Out front, the prices of bike start around $400 range for quality Giant bicycle. I might actually consider buying one here, they have so many options, even to the mid 4-digit prices bike inside the store. Accessories wise, there's a lot of enthusiast level components for your every needs. Sales person seems knowledgeable too. Customer service wise, could be better. I ride an average bicycle ($100-200 price range, nothing fancy), and a new face/customer. Stood there in the open for a few minutes, didn't get attended to. That's alright, might be busy or missed me while doing his work. Approached the mechanic in blue shirt to assist looking at my average looking bicycle, he says in a bit. I think that's alright, he's attending to a customer, definitely understandable. Another customer comes in (I presume a regular, by the nonchalant vibes and casual conversations) with his expensive bicycle (4 digit price). Mechanic in blue immediately attends to the other customer in great detail, totally ignoring me and my average bicycle. I stood around idly for another 10 minutes. Of just standing. TLDR: If you're not a regular customer or don't have an expensive bicycle, don't expect any normal customer service. If you do, this is the best shop for you. On a honest and positive note, the same mechanic took a look at my bicycle and did minor adjustments. Did not charge any labour fee etc as it was minor.

The best outlet from the staff down to the in house bike tech Abang Zack( hope I got his nick right) has been wonderful and helpful. Went down today to have my Stance 2020 check upon by Abang Zack and bought a Topeak pump. Definitely this outlet cos I have friends who had horror stories from Punggol outlet whereby 2 female staff there is the entity of all horror.

Bought a Giant Talon 3 from this store after a wait for 2 weeks, which is normal these days. Overall its a good store & service is ok, but certainly can be improved.

Called the shop auntie to ask about something and she asked what kind of bike I'm using which is not GIANT bicycle. The auntie immediately changed her toned and totally not interested. So, if you do not have a giant bicycle do not come here. They probably will not entertain you and ask you to go away.

I Bought my Favorite “Giant Escape 2 City Disc” Bike and Accessories from this store. I would like to Thank Mr. Owen, he's actually quite a nice guy. He explained well about the bike’s features and help to Select bike based on my requirements also tune my bike Shifters perfect. For Delivery they charged minimum charges (25$). This only store person responded very good compare than another Giant Store in Singapore so Overall I like to give 5 Stars.
