Saw some people eating fried dumplings from this stall. Since it's one of my favourites I ordered a plate to try. This is one of the best fried dumplings I have ever had. The filling is so juicy and there are lots of chives. Only 6.50 for 10 pcs.

Tried the ZhaJang Mien (small SGD4), very nicely done both noodle and sauce. Not oily and balanced taste. Filling too. Wonton in Chilli Oil fit for 1 person, each wonton mid sized, skin simply melts in you mouth and the meat filling generous with scallion plus tangy and slight peppery chilli oil... Heavenly. Fried dumpling didn't fall shy in size or fillinf as the wonton. Crispy thin skin with moist filling. Didn't manage to take picture for upload, too good till forgot.

I’ll have the 红油抄手 (wanton in chili oil) again if I come back here. It’s good! Was just randomly walking around and saw this no queue stall. 10 wanton for $5, it’s a steal compared to restaurant. I came back about 5-10 mins after placing my order and was surprised to see 4 others also waiting to collect their 红油抄手. The skin is smooth and thin, much like our local wanton (sometimes the skin are really thick if you order this at hawker stalls). It is not too vinegary and not too spicy or numbing. Some people may not get the kick out of this but I enjoyed it thoroughly. Saw someone requesting for shredded ginger but I don’t really fancy ginger hence I ate this on its own, yums.

Good size fried dumplings with good amount of filling. Taste great but meat a bit dry. Price up by 50c.

Came to this Alexandra Village hawker stall twice, once on Saturday at lunch and another time for dinner.. No queue plus fast service. Ate the wantons in hot vinegar chilli oil(红油抄手)10 big pieces for $5! Wanton skin is nice and thin, sauce is not too spicy, the taste suits me more than those from other higher end restaurants (and also better value comparatively)
