I	Issac Soh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi I just phone up your store at bedok mall about your handheld vacuum , Ryan had explain to me very detail on the product that I ask , he even tell me he will teach me how to use. Unlike the shop at waterway point xiaomi store very bad service and don’t even wanted to explain to me also look down on me that I will not purchase the handheld vacuum if you yourself don’t even want to explain the products to me how am I going to buy your handheld vacuum I will give 0 star to waterway point really disappointed. Somemore Ryan explain to me how is the different between G10 and G11 over the phone.Ryan can explain the product to me why can’t the staff from waterway point explain to me is it I don’t have money to buy your handheld vacuum experiences speechless
T	Tris Ong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I went down to xiaomi store at bedok mall Joseph and Ryan was very helpful and and friendly there is one more guy but never see him yesterday but he is not as friendly as Joseph and Ryan is because he too pushy when I never buy from him his face was so black and walk away from me and still if buy from outside must very be careful very disappointed from him. But I still thank Jospeh and Ryan for their helping and understanding?????

He just answered with a bad attitude no to everything I asked about the Xiaomi fan and even said that I could complain and give a bad review about him by all means. Even if he is a reseller I would never buy another Xiaomi product in my lifetime. The shop should close and not give Xiaomi a bad name considering so many bad reviews about that salesman already. ?
C	Chris Tay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i went to the shop to buy the miwatch, the attitude and body language of the saleman is totally unacceptable, he was so hostile towards me. i ask for a black colour watch and he just told me that no more stock and only white available. i double confirmed with him that if there is any other stock available in other outlet that i can get. his answer was amazing - all black colour has sold out, no more stock. you can only have white. i was like so amazing that mi watch is better than others. he repeated himself that the all other outlets only left with white.

I went looking at a Their mirobot and Ryan being very professional continues to demo and answer all my question clearly & professionally and patiencely.In the end, instead of a $79 fan , I bought a $500 mirobot. I’m extremely satisfied with the outstanding recommendation and professionalism shown by Ryan. He is a asset to a company that every boss will want to hire . Thank you for the great experience.
j	jerelyn foo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ZERO STARS. I went looking for a vacuum. Salesman didn’t even want to talk to me. Had to force answers out of him. Asked if there was stock, he said yes. Walked away to think about it and came back within 5 minutes. Again gave me bad attitude when I asked to take it off the rack to try. Finally when I decided i wanted it, he said no stock. I said, you told me just now that you had. He said no I never said that, when did I even ask him if there was stock. I said I’m pretty sure I asked you 有没有 (have or not) and you said 有(have). He kept insisting he never said it. I said ok forget it then and left the shop. He came chasing me out of the shop and shouted, ya good don’t ever come back! He kept shouting at me saying I need to check my conscience whether I really asked him such a question. And kept telling me to get lost. His colleague had to drag him back in. I was with my 2 young children and they were traumatised. SERIOUSLY… trust me I will NEVER step foot back in there ever again. You lost a loyal supporter of your brand.
S	Sgsohotleh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasantly surprised with the helpful customer service received! Apparently all 3 staffs were very helpful. My Mi weighting scale got some issues. And I lost the receipt. Went to the outlet and shared with them my situation. They searched and reprinted the receipt for me, making my Tuesday such a good one. Thanks for the great after sales-service support. :)
