★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my phone as my LCD screen was busted. Was told that all data, files, photos, apps, etc would be wiped out if needed to be repaired. Then came superhero, James Koh to the rescue. He tried all ways to help and was successful in retrieving everything from my busted phone. Kudos to James for going the extra mile. This really saved me from a near "heart attack ".

James spent a good portion of his time yo set up my devices, ensuring all is well before i leave the shop. Such dedication and patience is a a rarity nowadays. Thank you for a lovely experience. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although I didn't manage to get what I needed due to my misinterpretation of product benefits, I would still like to compliment Samuel Sum for his professional attitude and pleasant disposition. After trying his best to assist me and eventually finding out that it was beyond his means to, he calmly took the time to patiently explain to me the reason why he couldn't accede to my request and offered his apology. Adeline was also very helpful in the whole process. They are very good role models of customer service to learn from.
