โ โ โ โ โ Mr Yeoh Jiawei the best sales personnel I have ever met in Best Denki. He is friendly, patient and very knowledgeable to the products he is in charge of. He even went extra steps to help customers think of best solution of purchase plan , installing plan and made sure the backend ops department follow up with us for the appointment date. We are much appreciated for his help.

โ โ โ โ โ Jonathan Ng knows all the TV products very well. He is very helpful and friendly. Most importantly, he is not a harcore seller. He does not force nor push the customers to buy instead he gives a lot space/time for the customers to think of what they want and he respect the customers decision. I really appreciate his advice and help. He is the best staff/employee! ???.

โ โ โ โ โ My husband and I went to Best Denki at Bedok Mall on 7/6/2022. We wanna get a 2-doors Samsung fridge. We were very pleased with the service provided by sales staff Alan, Ms Lee and Alvin. They were helpful, knowledgeable of the products and offered useful tips on how to better handle the fridge. We decided fast and bought the fridge when they gave us an attractive price.

โ โ โ โ โ Your staff by the name of Mr Alan Loo is extremely helpful to me and my mother. She came to him with some laptop software issues even though it was a couple of months back since she bought it there.

โ โ โ โ โ Brought sound system 1 year back. This was on high promotion and salesman convince us hard to buy. It stopped working just after 5 months. I didn't find the bill as well Best denki could not provide duplicate bill so servicing is not an option. Today I just opened first time after 11 months myself. Surprisingly it's not new board, already someone did something. Patches and some other ink marker around. Fraud guys.
