★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought an item and realised I have membership but service staff and manager insisted I can’t exchange and don’t let me use my membership for discount just because I had paid for it. No receipt issued too. I think they are just too lazy to void the transaction and just tell me can’t refund can’t make any changes. Come on, I just bought it one second ago. No customer service at all. Do things out of their convenience and never think of customer. Not helpful and very lazy. what’s the point to have membership ?
