★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to try my luck to see if they had the “impossible to find” iPad mini 6 Purple Wi-Fi 256GB version. After popping into more than 20 different shops, chains, outlets, etc., I was not very hopeful.
But, what a surprise! Corey, who attended to me, confirmed that he had the exact model I was looking for! He was very polite, patient and friendly! He even got me to experience the un-boxing experience! He took care to apply the screen protector, fussing over the smallest blemish.
I was delighted by my luck and more so by the shopping experience provided by Corey. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just went to iStudio Raffles City today because I mistakenly bought an iphone USB power adapter instead of the Type C power adpater at iStudio Tampines but they were sold out of the Type C one so I could not have it exchanged. So I tried my luck with the Raffles City branch and I was so happy that Aries was kind enough to help me when I shared my story that this was meant to be a gift for my sister. He said I can only do exchange within 7 days and since Tampines branch was out of stock it might take more than 7 days for the restock so he found one and I was able to exchange it. I am very happy with the customer service officer Aries and very grateful for his help. Please extend my utmost gratitude to him. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped by to take a look at the MacBook Air (2020) and relevant accessories. Read plenty of positive reviews on the laptop but was unsure of making the transition to a Mac. I met Corey, who was friendly, patient and polite. He was knowledgeable and answered questions I had pertaining to both the usage of the laptop, transition from a Windows PC to Mac and the accessories I could use for a Mac. Thank you very much for the great experience!
