โ โ โ โ โ In terms of service, it was ok. The staff were friendly and approachable.
But in terms of food, I think its lacking.
I ordered the Green curry and Shibuya Matcha toast which totalled $14.80
At first sight the green curry looked like it had nothing much in it but the amount of chicken was rather alot for one person (The chicken were at the bottom of the bowl). The dish just had chicken and a piece of cauliflower.
It didn't have eggplant as advertised on their menu picture. The dish didn't look anything as in their menu.
The green curry gravy was too concentrated for my taste. The rice was served piping hot which was good.
I wouldnt say this dish was worth the price. Overall 3/5.
Shibuya matcha toast: At first glance it looks good. However - The toast was too hard compared to the first time I ate it 2 years back. It was hard to cut with the plastic knife they had. The matcha ice cream tasted kind of watered down and icy. Not the usual creamy and smooth ice cream. Im not a fan of azuki but they lathered alot on the toast. (I still prefer the coconut ice cream toast I had at tuktukcha 2 years back)
I wouldn't say this dessert is worth the price of $6.80.
(Another couple left without even finishing half of what they ordered: basil rice, thai milk tea and laksa!! Such waste of food!)

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered Phad Thai (1 to go and 1 dine-in) didnt understand why she had to split my bill when she could just tell the kitchen. This resulted in my takeaway to be forgotten 30+ mins.
Had the Chicken Soup as well and there was something moving on the garnish, assuming it was an ant. I ate anyway considering I was hungry, but the chicken ball was raw??
Staff had terrible work communications despite being friendly with each other. Staff was on her phone when tending to my mother.
Please improve on food hygiene, food, and service. Thank you.

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered pineapple fried rice and fried rice with chicken. Staff makes me repeat such simple order 3 times. She can't comprehend simple order from their menu. I didn't even make special request. I also took them 30minutes to get the food done. How long does it take to fried fried rice? When I asked for utensils, she simply said ran out. I insisted I need them, then she go and take a whole bag from the storage. This shows that she is just plain lazy. When I try the food, they are subpar, nothing worth the price and waiting for, not even 10minutes. This is a huge disappointment, I wasnt expecting great food, I am alright with normal standard but this is beyond bad. If I can give 0 stars, I would have.

โ โ โ โ โ I don't understand how food that has just been cooked barely 3m away any table in the shop space is only warm when served. The Tom Yum fried rice was barely flavoured and they have no condiments. No chili or soy sauce available when the food is so bland.

โ โ โ โ โ will not comment about the service, its average and nothing to complain about. In the menu: should have squid but both plates of Phad See Ew and Phad Woon Sen don't have. okay I close one eye, then I eat my See Ew... its basically dark soya sauce fry noodles. no taste and its just salty. I usually finish my food when I'm hungry but as you can see here, didnt even finish half my food. Will not eat here anymore, maybe just get the drinks which is still nice.

โ โ โ โ โ I'm a fan of Thai food and honestly who can resist the deliciousness of Thai food?
Am really pleased that @tuktukcha retain the authenticity of what you'll get in Thailand hence am excited to dig into some authentic food here.
I am impress by the portion here. Definitely they not skimping on it which make it very value worthy.
Phat Thai. It came with rice noodle stir-fried, 3 big fresh prawns, fried beancurd, egg & bean sprouts and topped with crushed peanuts, chilli flakes & half a lime. I fell in love with this from the very first mouth. It was not very spicy but was super flavourful. The ingredients after tossed, blended very well together & it was really heavenly.
*Thai Stir-Fry Menu only available at Hillion Mall & NEX.*
Beef Noodles came with chock full of generous amount of stewed beef, beef slices and beef balls. It was a delight lapping up the herby broth & I was sad to see it all gone. The beef slices were tender & not gamey, the stewed beef were flavourful & fork tender soft, the beef ball were firm yet bouncy, lastly the noodles were so silky smooth, it took no effort to slurp it all up. Aroi mak mak!
After main, one must have dessert & how can one go to Tuk Tuk Cha without ordering some Shibuya Toast! I got the Aloha Coconut Toast & it was heavenly. Just looking at the picture and thinking about it right now is making me crave for it so hard. This toast has got to be one of the best I have ever tried. The toast is so crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside and very buttery. The sauce go so well with the toast and the coconut ice cream was fabulous. Together it was so amazing. For any coconut lover, this would make you swoon.
I love Tuk Tuk Cha signature drink Thai Milk Tea and this time I have it in float. Their signature milk tea is everything you be expected it to be. Rich Aromatic, Smooth and indulgent without being overwhelming sweet. The icecream add creaminess, richness & extra indulgent to it.
Overall, I enjoyed my dining here & the warm service from the folk of @tuktukcha from the @hillionmall outlet definitely warm my heart. Excellent service. I be back.

โ โ โ โ โ Utterly disappointing! Ordered from Grab food beef noodles and milk tea. Firstly milk tea is not strong and tastes like water, beef noodle is tasteless and noodles are in lumps.
How dare you charge 13 dollars for tasteless noodles, not even authentic Thai cuisine.

โ โ โ โ โ Went for dessert at Tuk Tuk since hillion didn't have much dessert options.
Ordered the D.I.Y shibuya toast with ice cream, they allow you to choose between:
1 ice cream (Thai MT/Coconut/Choco)
2 toppings (Variety of cereal toppings) &
1 sauce (Caramel/Choco/Honey/GulaMelaka)
Ice cream provided is quite big, Thai milk tea flavour wasn't super strong but was decent enough.
The toasted/fried pieces of toast is well done, they are basically giant pieces of croutons. You can savour the toastiness from the bread and you get a very crunchy bite from the toast. Just let some of the melted ice cream cover the toast and the slightly soggy/crispy texture is pretty good.
The toppings were quite redundant to be tbh since it just makes the dish more sweet than needed (all the toppings options are sweet except for the choice of coconut shavings). Personally think that the ice cream scoop & toast alone is fine by itself.
If the ice cream scoop had a stronger milk tea taste profile it would be better but overall for $8.90 nett it's pretty good since there is no gst/sc.
