โ โ โ โ โ Taste is unique and good, got a hint of โsambal balacanโ (shrimp paste) inside the noodle. long queue over weekend so come during weekdays if possible. Recommended to have a try !

โ โ โ โ โ Overpriced normal tasting wonton mee starting from $5 onwards. Don't bother queuing for it. There are much better stalls around.

โ โ โ โ โ Bought the chicken claws noodle and wanton noodles. Ingredients at each noodle was pretty alot. Taste not bad too.

โ โ โ โ โ The Wanton mee was not too bad but the phoenix claws were excellent. I would want to try the Wanton mee in black sauce the next time.

โ โ โ โ โ It was shocking to see the chili preparation. A filled soup bowl added with wanton, chicken slices (replaced for char siew) and vegetables. Next threw some sauce in, turning the soup into redish. At first I thought itโs a prep of soup for eat-in customer. Next, it was mixed together with the cooked noodles in plastic bag! Had ordered a dry version not soup! Immediately I know the $5 spent for a popular noodle stall is not worthy already. The noodles are overcooked, blend (imagine u add water into any of your dry noodle), itโs wet not dry noodle. The noodle got even more soggy after 15mins. What a waste, as the chili taste seems quite wellโฆ

โ โ โ โ โ Each time I passed by the stall, I would notice that the stall owner and helpers had their masks pulled down. Had asked the the safe distancing ambassadors and they replied that they had persuaded/fined the stall but to no avail. Scroll down and see the photo posted by KH LEE a year ago (2020), owner with mask pulled down. A year later, same thing continued.
Together with the maid incident, I feel that the owner shows disregard to law and regulations. I wouldn't be surprised if other NEA regulations were not abided by, eg extra smoke in the food.

โ โ โ โ โ Although the queue was very long the efficient output of dishes from the stall made it for short waiting time. The wanton noodles were decent and springy but wasn't as flavorful as expected of traditional wanton noodles.
Char siew and wanton was rather bland but the soup was quite flavorful.

โ โ โ โ โ Decent wanton mee. More of the SOuth east Asia type with thicker noodles, instead of the thin go style noodles. The chili was good; fragrant and spicy. The braised chicken feet were good too; nice fragrant braised smell, but not too salty. Try it yourselves. ?
