★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The thunder tea rice is very authentic. My mum is Hakka, this is very similar to my mum and grandmother's one. Not easy to find nowadays. The vegetables are cut finely into very small pieces, a very important secret to an bowl of enjoyable thunder tea rice. The tea's taste is just right, nice! Highly recommended ?
