★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop has generally what you need, but due to size constraints, it may not have a large enough variety for each item. E.g. smaller variety of tap designs, bottle colours, pot sizes
That said, if you’re urgently fixing an issue, you should be able to get what you need here.
Price of items here are reasonable, taking quality into consideration.
The service staff are generally helpful. It helps if you can speak in mandarin, which the staff are seemingly more fluent in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a leaking water flask from their punggol outlet. Not allow to exchange cos I don't have the receipt. The price tag is still intact but I was told they need the receipt to justify the exchange to their boss. Keep your receipts in case you need to exchange an inferior or spoilt product.
