โ โ โ โ โ No one available at the entrance to bring us to the table.
Decided on what to eat but no matter how long you raise your hand their staff only busy clearing plates from tables.
We were seated at a corner where speaker was right above usโฆ they played lots of different songs and it was loud and we canโt even hear our conversation unless we raised our voice.
Typical โChar Louโ atmosphere but not my kind of preferred place to have a dessert!!

โ โ โ โ โ The staff name Alice Poh was really rude , bad experience here for dinner. Alice poh need to go for training before star working. The management must work on this very basic (What's customer service ) to continue your basic business. But i definitely won't come back.

โ โ โ โ โ Food are delicious. With a daughter, always making request to some of the food that so that my daughter can enjoy the food too. Service is top notched, especially the manager Alice Poh, handle large group of people in queue in a fast and efficient manner, so that customer like us do not have to wait long before getting seats. Enjoy the atmosphere of the place while enjoy the food there, will recommend to all my friends and families to come back

โ โ โ โ โ Except for the kailan being salty, and weird tasting chicken flesh (my friend said due to frozen meat) the rest of the dishes we ordered were pretty decent. Didn't manage to get the name of a super friendly and helpful lady server...
Fried spring roll - ok
Har kao - ok
Har cheong gai - needs improvement
Fried kailan - would be great if it was less salty
Fried noodles - my "้บต่ซ" friend loved it
Fried carrot cake with XO sauce - Thumbs up
Prawn omelette - not bad
Dry instant noodle with chicken chop - ok
Deep fried beancurd prawn roll - OUR FAVOURITE!!!

โ โ โ โ โ It was quite a bad experience. Ordered pork chop but the order chit came back stated as Chicken. Asked for chilli sauce but they were too busy to bother giving us until we had to ask another person again. Then another waiter came back stating the baked potato was not available, but cancelled another item on the order chit. My parents finished eating their meal before my Seafood Crispy Noodle came. Overall a bad experience. When writing this review, my food still haven't came... as seen in the photo.
Update: crispy noodle came but it was quite salty so I couldn't finish it. Was very thirsty after eating.

โ โ โ โ โ Edit: Have been going back a few times and food and service standard is still maintained! Would just keep adding more photos when im here again, unless there is major incident that will result in a drop in rating. Otherwise, all else is good and keep it up!!
Have been visiting the outlet time to time and i feel that they have improved their quality after the renovation. Menu have increased too and they provide free popcorn which is nice too!
Hotpot was really good and value for money! Definitely will be back :)

โ โ โ โ โ The food was good, but this place really shines with its customer service.
I came for a quick lunch (16 Jul 11:45am) and found the seating and food ordering efficiently fast.
The attentive staff was careful with my belongings on the table before placing the food. When I added a toast after my fried rice was already served, the staff wasnโt bothered at all. During my seating, I repeatedly heard the staff welcome diners with much sincerity.
Overall, this establishment is clean, efficient and best of all, service-orientated.
