Counter staff by the name of 'Apple' was so unpleasant and left me with a bad taste. She served me with a monotonous voice and seemed sick and tired of her job. A simple 'hello' and 'thank you' would have sufficed, but I guess even that was too hard for her. Service was quite slow moving too, especially considering its a fast food restaurant.

Absolutely disgusting. Dry, greasy and flavourless "chicken". Tastless and soft chicken nuggets that taste like plastic. I would rather die from hunger than eat at KFC again.

Great staff service especially the store manager and a few young staff. Quality of food is great. The servings time is longer because no automatic ordering and frontline staff needs to get the food from the counter behind. Overall great team and you can always see long queue at this store !

The ambience for this KFC restaurant is spacious and not too crowded. Floor and table are clean. Waiter are friendly and cashier is very helpful. Food wise is as always Finger Licking Good!!

Not sure if this branch doesn’t hire enough crew, service is dead slow and the queue never gets cleared fast enough. You better be coming in 3-4 hours early to have or to takeaway anything here

I have never expect excellent from fast food restaurant. Was served with an attitude staff at whitesand KFC. She was wearing a Assistant Manager tag. Super rude and attitude. They don’t even deserve a star. At a super crowded MacDonald, their services is thumbs up. What an unpleasant day for me.

Ordered my food via app for dine in and got my food very quickly despite long queues. Order was served accurately with requested parts given and served piping hot. No complaints.

If you happen to takeaway from this branch, always check your order before leaving. Every time I come here, the staff will either miss out or provide the wrong items. For my most recent order, they mistook an upsized medium coleslaw for medium mashed potatoes. A staff named Boon denied my request for some preferred chicken parts and told me I had to wait 30 minutes for it, then persuaded me to accept the given. He then said in a sarcastic tone that the only way to get the chicken thigh is to order the chicken ala carte. What even. I saw chicken thighs on the food warmer showcase. However, Boon refused to serve. At 5:30 pm, the staff should anticipate the chicken parts in demand and prepare beforehand for dinnertime. Despite selecting my preferred chicken parts on the website, I didn't get what I wanted at the counter. Boon said I could request the preferred chicken part but is "subjected to availability." If I can't get my preferred chicken parts, why am I given the false hope to even select in the first place? It does sound trivial because I did the math and decided to go with the set menu even though I had to pay slightly more to select the chicken parts. If I knew that I wouldn't get my preferred chicken parts, I would have jolly well taken the promotion deal (10 pieces of chicken for $18) and not go through this hassle of ensuring I get my preferred chicken parts; Which I didn't. Despite not getting my preferred chicken parts (even though it is readily available on the food warmer display) and the occasional missing/wrong items in my order, I do not blame the service staff completely because the system is flawed. ---- If I had ordered 20-piece nuggets at McDonald's, it's either they have it, or it's out of stock; Simple. Their website would show that unavailable items to be greyed out and does not provide false hopes on the pretense that it may be "subjected to availability." If users want to order a 3-piece meal, users should only be allowed to choose from selected categories online. With this system in place, the customer should receive what they ordered. There is a fine line between what the customer is allowed to choose and the availability in stock.
