★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm vegetarian, don't want kayu butter toast but just butter toast, got a black face and tipping that this is not Ya Kun policy and cannot specially make without kaya. Seriously I felt offended with such comments especially from a service provider to a customer.
If really so, make it apparent and put a sign board at the entrance telling "VEGETARIAN NOT WELCOME", then I feel better because they got the guts to know their customer crowd.

Was really disappointed at their packaging methodology. The bag which held our food was too small and could not properly contain all our food orders and our toast bread order was left exposed. Hence, the majority of our order would have been exposed throughout the entire delivery process.
Understand that sealing some foods properly, esp hot food, would sacrifice taste, but in this time of Covid - I feel food safety shld come first.
Appreciate Yakun management to look into this to ensure food safety for all of your loyal delivery customers.
