β β β β β Did an inquiry for compatibility of my door and gate from Yale Smart Shop at Clementi Branch.
Stan Chong attended to me and was able to provided a professional advise through WhatsApp. He guided me to do simple measurements in ensuring that my gate and door compatibilities with the lock specification.
He was very patience with my questions and even follow up till the process of installation.
He also provided a detail explanation of overall function of the door and gate lock.
Kudos to his level of Customer Service
Rebecca from the Yale Hotline was also helpful to arrange the installation date and time to my schedule. She followed up closely especially when the gate lock was out of stock.
Installation went smooth and timely.
A good team to that provided an excellent service.

Excellent presentation, very detailed on all features and most importantly he is very professional and understand customers needs.

β β β β β I had a very good experience at this outlet. I wanted to know more about the varied features of digital locks. Stan was serving me, and he has good product knowledge and is able to explain to me the technical details of the Yale locks. At no point in time was there any hard sell, he's there to understand my needs, recommend and explained why he recommended them. I spent 1 hr at the shop asking and gaining as much knowledge as possible. These are residual questions that I'm not able to get from the internet. After the knowledge sharing, we didn't commit to buy as I wanted to test out other scenarios using other brands key card. Stan welcome the subsequent testing in a cheerful manner. Next day I visited again, cheerful Stan helped testing the different scenarios. He made sure I am thoroughly convinced of what I need and of course I made the purchase. He made an extra effort to get hold of the color that my wife wanted and get a installation asap. Thanks Stan, outstanding service !

The staffs has always been very patient and were able to answer all of my questions with regards to the digital lock. #makemomentsmagical
